Brinda's Story

When Brinda arrived at the Mercy Home, in about January 2007, she weighed only 1.3kg. (about 2 1/2 lbs.) (See picture to the left..) We were so happy last November to see her thriving and healthy. Imagine our joy when her new adoptive parents brought her for a visit to the Mercy Home this March. (See photo above. )They talk to Brinda in English and she already understands very well. She was so happy, healthy and very smart. Stories like hers make all of our efforts worthwhile.


	Priya—Another happily adopted baby
Below is little Priya with one of her former carers. Her parents brought her to the Mercy Home as part of the Mercy Home's monitoring of adopted babies. She is so happy in her new family and her new parents are thrilled to have a beautiful daughter.
